Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Aitechcity (“the Service”), operated by Aitechcity Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including individuals and organizations accessing via API, web interface, or third-party integrations.

Aitechcity is an AI-powered code intelligence platform that allows users to connect software repositories, analyze codebases, ask natural language questions about code, generate architectural diagrams, and perform security scans.

The Service is currently in public beta. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at basitti2026@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a manner we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or analyze code that contains malware, ransomware, or intentionally harmful software
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service's underlying models or infrastructure
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security features
• Use the Service to generate code intended to harm, exploit, or deceive third parties
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Impersonate other users, individuals, or organizations

All code you upload or connect to the Service remains your property. We claim no ownership over your source code or intellectual property.

The Aitechcity platform, its design, AI models, and all associated technology are owned by Aitechcity Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not train our AI models on your private repositories without explicit consent.

The Service is provided in “beta” form. Features are subject to change. We make no guarantees of uptime, data retention, or feature availability during the beta period. For full beta terms, see our Beta Testing Agreement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AITECHCITY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of jurisdiction in India.
