Beta Testing Agreement

Aitechcity is currently in a public beta phase. This means the product is functional and available to the public, but is still under active development. Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to significant change.

By using Aitechcity during the beta period, you acknowledge and accept the conditions described in this agreement.

During the beta period, access to Aitechcity is provided at no charge. All features listed as available at the time of your access are included at no cost.

We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers after the beta period ends. Beta users will receive advance notice of any pricing changes and may be eligible for early-adopter discounts or grandfathered rates.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service
• Accuracy of AI-generated outputs, code summaries, or security scan results
• Preservation of data, repositories, or conversation history between versions
• That features available today will remain available in future versions
• Specific performance benchmarks or response times

Your code is yours. We will not use your private repository data to train AI models during the beta period without explicit opt-in consent.

However, due to the nature of beta software, we cannot guarantee the same data durability standards as a production service. We recommend maintaining your own backups of any important work.

Usage metadata (features used, queries made, session counts) may be collected and used to improve the product.

By providing feedback, bug reports, feature suggestions, or other input about the Service (“Feedback”), you grant Aitechcity Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, incorporate, and build upon that Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Some beta features may be marked as confidential or not yet publicly announced. You agree not to publicly disclose, screenshot, or write about confidential beta features without our prior written consent.

General use and discussion of publicly available beta features is permitted and encouraged.

You agree not to use the beta Service for:

• Mission-critical production systems where downtime or errors would cause significant harm
• Storing or processing highly sensitive data (medical records, financial PII, government secrets) beyond what is necessary for testing
• Stress testing or intentionally degrading the Service for other users
• Automated bulk ingestion designed to exceed reasonable personal or team use

We may end the beta program or transition to a production service at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before introducing mandatory paid tiers, giving you the opportunity to export your data or discontinue use.

We reserve the right to remove beta access for any user who violates this agreement or our general Terms & Conditions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AITECHCITY TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REVENUE — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BETA SERVICE.

Your use of the beta is voluntary and at your own risk.

We may update these beta terms as the product evolves. We will notify active beta users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
